By definition one who is subjected to oppression, loss or suffering.
When you hear of someone this happens to, you say 'How Sad'.
Oh, but it is so easy to inflict and for a victim so easy to accept.
Repeated denial of self, needs, wants, desires by others over a time;
Breeds a deep seated inferiority complex that barricades ones spirit
From realizing their worth and obtaining primary elements to happiness.
Some would say, be assertive, demand what you want and need.
Get it when you want, be your own person, have it your way;
But can you not see, that the result of this will produce a victim.
Where is the balance?
How do you justify being?
When does everyone get what they want?
How can a victim not be produced?
How does one stop being a victim?
Where do you draw the line?
Which do you think you are?
